Who is Krush Dance for?

Krush Dance is for EVERYONE ages 3+. Recreational dance is for movers age 3-80 looking for a fun, supportive environment to learn, smile, and groove. Since 2016 Krush Dance has been igniting the passion for dance across Alberta and British Columbia. In 2024 studio owner Kelly Mykyte put down roots in Invermere, BC inviting dancers into a bright, clean studio space designed to inspire creativity, dedication, and growth.

When does registration open?

Registration is open for the 2025/2026 season. It is encouraged to sign up as soon as possible to avoid classes filling up. Don’t wait! Must register by August 1st.

Miss Kelly the owner and teacher is passionate about providing a space for all levels of dancers to improve, be challenged and at the end of class feel good about themselves. If you’re looking at enrolling your child in their first class, if they have been dancing for years already, or even if you’re thinking about registering for an adult class do it!!!!! You and your family will be very happy being part of the Krush Dance Family!

  • Over the years, Krush dance has taught me many skills and has made memories which I hold dear. Miss Kelly has become one of my biggest role models and I have grown so much as a dancer with her help, guidance, and encouragement. Krush dance is a very fun and safe environment for kids to learn different skills with their bodies, finding their love for dance and growing their confidence. Miss Kelly always has a smile on her face when you walk into the studio. She is patient, kind and has a spunk to her. Being one of her student teachers, I have learned a lot about how to teach in various ways that fit for different kids and to have patience. Miss Kelly is good with all ages, from the Krush kids and teenagers all the way to the adult classes she teaches. She makes everyone feel safe to express themselves with dance, always being very positive and keeping you moving. She loves all her students and does her best to make sure everyone is having fun and learning along the way.
